Program support staff is typically available between the hours of 8am-8pm, Monday-Friday. You may need to leave a voicemail message with your name and phone number. Your message is important to us, and one of our staff members will contact you as soon as possible to provide you with more information about our clinic and our policies. We typically respond to messages within 24-48 business hours. When a staff member contacts you, they will spend a few minutes asking you some questions about what kinds of services you're seeking (therapy or assessment) and your current concerns. If it seems likely that we can provide services that are a good match to what you are looking for, a referral will be taken to assign to the next available clinician.

If your needs would be better met by a different type of service, or if you would like to pursue treatment outside of our clinic, we will be happy to give you appropriate referrals.
