Play Therapy:

Play therapy helps children work through emotional difficulties with a caring professional who understand the unique challenges that children face at home, school and with peers.

Couples and Family Counseling:

Couples counseling offers you a way of developing a more rewarding relationship. You can explore ways to communicate and interact that lead to a more fulfilling partnership. In Family counseling you will have the opportunity to work on aspects of family communication and healthy emotional functioning with all members of your family.

Group Counseling:

Groups are made up of people with similar concerns such as anxiety, grief and loss, or adjustment issues. Together group members will explore issues and move toward new ways to achieve life goals.
