New Referral

Referrals can be made by:

• Families
• Schools
• Physicians
• Therapists
• Social Services
• Courts
• Other community or professional agencies

Children served by the Shenandoah Valley Child Development Clinic must be residents of Virginia and under 21 years of age.  To make a referral, please call 540-568-6687.

Payment Options

The CDC currently accepts the following Medicaid Managed Care insurances:

• Anthem Healthkeepers
  
• Molina
  
• VA Premier
  
• Optima

The CDC accepts the following private insurances:

• Anthem
  
• All other private insurers will be considered as self-pay clients with potential financial assistance based on federal poverty guidelines.  

Payment plans are offered if needed.  All co-pays and deposits are expected on the day of the evaluation.
